Question 1

What does IntakePilot do?

Accepted Answer

IntakePilot is a clearly disclosed AI intake partner for U.S. personal-injury firms. It responds to new inquiries 24/7, asks the questions your firm chooses, captures useful context, and keeps qualified opportunities moving toward the next step.

Question 2

How do qualification rules work?

Accepted Answer

Your firm defines the questions, branching, timing, urgency signals, and handoff rules. IntakePilot follows that playbook consistently and flags the outcomes you choose; it does not make legal judgments or decide whether a firm should accept a matter.

Question 3

What happens after hours?

Accepted Answer

IntakePilot keeps the first conversation moving nights, weekends, and holidays, when a busy team may not be available. It gathers the information your workflow calls for, explains that it is AI, and routes the next step according to your firm’s rules so your team can review it when appropriate.

Question 4

How are consultations booked?

Accepted Answer

After an inquiry meets your initial qualification rules, IntakePilot can offer a consultation through the booking flow your firm selects. Your team controls availability, scheduling rules, and the final handoff; IntakePilot does not promise representation or an outcome.

Question 5

Can IntakePilot support Spanish-speaking leads?

Accepted Answer

Yes. IntakePilot can support Spanish-speaking leads with a Spanish-language intake experience when your firm enables it. Your team defines the approved questions and handoff process, and attorney review remains part of the workflow.

Question 6

Can it re-engage cold or older inquiries?

Accepted Answer

IntakePilot can help bring older inquiries and missed consultations back into the conversation using your firm’s approved timing, consent, messaging, and opt-out rules. The goal is a respectful next touch—not pressure, legal advice, or a promise about the matter.

Question 7

Who owns the data?

Accepted Answer

Your firm owns the lead and intake information it provides to IntakePilot. The workspace is designed to keep your team in control of access, qualification rules, follow-up, and handoff decisions. Your firm should set its retention and privacy practices with its own legal and compliance advisors.

Question 8

What does onboarding look like?

Accepted Answer

Onboarding starts with your firm’s intake playbook: the questions to ask, matters to route, consultation rules, tone, languages, and escalation paths. We help configure those guardrails, review the experience with your team, and refine it before you put it in front of live inquiries.
